Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rock of Ages.

We want you to love your new T-shirt but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below, which complies with the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns for Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund, as outlined under Australian Consumer Law.

To be eligible:

• The fault must not be due to misuse or normal wear and tear

• You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)

• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

We’ll cover return shipping costs and refund any original delivery fees for approved faulty item returns.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. While we’re not required by law to offer change-of-mind returns, we’re happy to offer store credit or exchange on eligible items.

To qualify:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached

• You must provide proof of purchase

• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

Please note:
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns, only exchanges or store credit.

How to Make a Return

• Email us at rockofageslennoxhead@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

• We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5–7 business days

Shipping Costs

• Faulty items: We cover return shipping + original delivery costs

• Change of mind: You are responsible for return postage

We recommend using a tracked service, as we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Final Sale Items

Please note that sale items are final and cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the item is faulty.

Processing Times

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during busy times but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

*Delivery time estimates are from the date of dispatch, not purchase.

Local Pickup (Optional)

If you’re based in Lennox Head or nearby, we offer free local pickup from our studio. Just select the Local Pickup option at checkout. We’ll contact you via email once your order is ready to collect.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey.

Delays & Delivery Issues

We’re not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, weather events, or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout. That said, if there’s an issue with your delivery, we’ll do everything we can to help resolve it.
